HOW ARE PROVIDERS COMPENSATED? Virtual Call is a set fee and universal to all doctors. Patients are charged $49 per 15 minute call and can be extended in a 15 minute increments if the patient choose to. 

Providers are only charge for the gateway or merchant fee of 2.9% per call + $1 for our Service Fee. See below for a calculation sample:

2.9% of $49   = $1.421
DoC Fee        = $1
Total charges = $2.421 ( this goes to DrsOnCalls)

$49 - $2.421 = $46.579 (this is what providers will receive)

Doctors will receive payments every two weeks and will be deposited to the bank account they provided during sign up.
 

HOW DOES DRSONCALLS WORKS? DrsOnCalls is a telemedicine platform. When you sign up with DrsOnCalls, you are setting up your own telemedicine service/business. But don't worry we are with you the whole way. Let us take care of the business while you focus on providing the best care possible to your patients.
 

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST FOR SETTING UP MY TELEMEDICINE SERVICES?
Fortunately for you, we do not charge monthly fee or subscription fees. Therefore, the only charge you will incur is the gateway/merchant fee (which is 2.9% for each transaction) + $1 for using each of our services. If you choose to provide the House Call Service, then you will need to purchase the equipment that is integrated into our system and this usually runs around $300+

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR USING DRSONCALLS SERVICE? DrsOnCalls only charge the payment gateway/merchant fee of 2.9% + $1 for each service. Here's the breakdown of fees:

For Patients:
Virtual Calls - $49
House Calls - It varies. Providers set their own fees.
Concierge Medical - It varies. Providers set their own fees.

For Doctors:
Gateway/Merchant Fee = 2.9% per transaction + $1 for each services.
Be Featured Ad - $50 per month; this is available for doctors who wants to take advantage of our advertising. Featured Doctors will be advertised to members nationwide to help increase patient base and revenue. Doctors profile will be featured on the website, mobile app, social media and email marketing for a whole month.

**Please keep in mind that patients will search providers by their specialty, ratings, languages they speak, location, gender and or their rates.
