Mary Gorder is a high energy businesswoman and entrepreneur who has been creating and building successful companies for the past 13 years. Mary's first steps in the business world were several startups in the home care field which Mary grew from one office in 2002 to a half dozen offices within five years with locations in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Denver, and Seattle. Mary continues to currently grow this business with several standalone care centers planned for the East Coast.

From a personal perspective, Mary has leveraged the struggles and experiences of growing up under difficult circumstances to inform her values around hard work, growing capital, and educated risk. These same struggles and experiences have made it a lifelong goal for Mary to assist the underprivileged in society and to that end she has created and partnered with multiple non-profit organizations both at home in the United States and internationally.

Mr. Bob Frank serves as Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Frank serves as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. He joined Oaktree Capital Management in 2008. He is a part of the Infrastructure services team. Mr. Frank joined Oaktree Capital Management from Countrywide Capital Markets, where he spent over seven years as the Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Information Technology. Mr. Frank was responsible for all application development and support, Ecommerce and infrastructure for the company, including the implementation of web-based platforms for electronic trading, pricing, underwriting, accounting and disaster recovery programs. Prior to that, he spent four years as Director of Technology at Deutsche Bank and eight years at Salomon Brothers Inc., as Vice President of Back Office Technology. Prior experience includes work as an IT Consultant to several large financial organizations, including Shearson Lehman and Chemical Bank. Mr. Frank holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Queens College.

Mike is regarded as an extraordinary systems architect and gifted software developer in the Wall Street technology community. He is a leading technical resource and mentor for both Vichara and client technical staff, and has served as chief architect for major systems initiatives at HSBC, CSFB, Babson Capital, FSA, Metacapital, Archeus Capital, Exis Capital, Citigroup, Lehman, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, CommerceNet and many other leading financial and information technology firms. He co-authored, with Atul, the widely used @nalyst and QuantTools financial analytic software packages. Prior to founding Vichara, Mike was CTO of TechHackers and Managing Director in the capital markets technology business at Unisys. Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a research engineer at HP and Digital. Mike holds MS and BS degrees in computer science from MIT, and has taught software and systems engineering at MIT.

Mr. Narula is the Founder and Managing Partner of Metacapital Management. Mr. Narula has 26 years of experience in mortgage trading and investments, including Agency and Non-Agency MBS, ABS, CMBS, CRE Debt, and other structured credit products. He is Metacapital's Chief Investment Officer and is involved in all aspects of the firm's overall development and investment strategy. Mr. Narula is responsible for ensuring the firm's adherence to its fundamental investment philosophy, communicating with clients regarding investment products and strategies, and providing his experience to major investment decisions. Prior to founding Metacapital in 2001, Mr. Narula was Managing Director and head of mortgage backed securities trading desks at Lehman Brothers. Previously, Mr. Narula worked in Mortgage Research and was Head of the Mortgage Strategy Group at Lehman Brothers until 1995. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Narula was a ranked analyst on the Institutional Investor All-American research team for his work on mortgage backed securities. Mr. Narula holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Columbia University and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. In addition, he has taught courses at Columbia University and Columbia Business School.

Atul is recognized as a leading consultant and software designer in the Wall Street technology community, where he continues to be an innovator in trading and risk management technology. The enterprise-class systems and the quantitative analysis software that he designed for Citigroup, Nomura, IXIS Real Estate Capital (formerly CDC), Clinton Group, Goldman Sachs, Telerate, Reuters, and many other financial firms have been used to manage multi-billion dollar portfolios across markets, including fixed income, derivatives, equities, FX, and commodities. Prior to founding Vichara, he was CEO of TechHackers, a quantitative financial technology firm that he founded, and Managing Director at Unisys, where he headed the capital markets technology business after Unisys acquired TechHackers. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and research engineer at HP. Atul holds MS and BS degrees in computer science from MIT, has taught at MIT, and currently serves on the board of the MIT India Program.

Avnish Kumar is a Technical Lead Engineer who manages Drs On Calls Website development, Mobile Api and Db management. Mandeep Kumar is senior software engineer who manages Drs On Calls mobile development. Mandeep has been working in the field of mobile development in quite a long time and is very passionate about his work. Mandeep has a Masters Degree in computer application and work with multiple technologies. In free time Mandeep loves to travel around and explore new places.
