I am an experienced and trained individual with an aim to de-stigmatise mental health and make therapy more accessible to everyone. I work with young and middle aged adults on concerns such as Anxiety , Depression , Anger Management, Addiction along with having expertise and experience in Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy , Career Counseling , Cyber-addiction and Relationship & Marriage Counseling.
