Hello, I'm Sakshi. I have been working in the field of mental health since the past 3 years and am passionate about working withadolescents and young adults. I am well-versed in many different forms of therapy such as REBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy as well as Trauma Counselling. I believe in the Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches to best meet the needs of each client. In addition to the traditional therapy approaches, I am also a firm believer of alternative therapies such as Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques as well as Art, Music and Dance Therapy. I am also extensively trained to administer various psychological and personality assessments to both adults and children.
I work to make the therapy space a positive, safe, confidential and non- judgemental one for my clients to work through their difficulties in a calm manner.
I also believe that mental health and therapy is the need of the hour and prevention at an early stage is always the best.
