I am a practicing counseling psychologist with 3+ years of experience. Initially got trained at various clinical set ups like Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital and Fortis Mental Health. I also have a training for dealing with clients having behavioural or mental health issues. I have also worked as a counseling psychologist at a rehabilitation centre and currently working on school set ups.
I am a highly motivated person and passionately put my expertise into practice relevant to the changing scenarios with a compassionate approach. Deeply committed to advance mental health issues with creative and comforting endeavours, I create a safe and healthy space for people to engage in a secure dialogue. In my practice, I address issues like depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and many more in the same line.
I have experience in volunteering for various community mental health programs and also have done research projects among adolescents and adults.
