Hello, I am Vikita Sharma. I am a RCI registered Counseling Psychologist. I have 2 years+ working experience in the field of mental health. I believe asking for help is not a sign of weakness, rather it's the bravest thing to do. Therapy is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes commitment, but it is extremely rewarding when you see the progress that you have made. I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard and valued. I work along with my clients in making them resilient and self reliant.
