I have 28 years of experience post internship after basic medicine degree.
I have done post graduation training in General Surgery and taken a course in Critical Care.
I have experience in Surgical field, Medical ICU, family practice; in outpatient(OPD),inpatient, Emergency room, Intensive care, Operating Room.
I believe and practice in holistic approach (mind,body and spirit): Allopathy (conventional / modern medicine), prayer, meditation,
yoga, Reiki, Nature cure and GODS Energy healing. (at times integration or combining whatever method is required).
I am a Reiki GrandMaster, Meditate transcendentally, a Yoga practitioner(Art of Living with Sri Sri Ravishankarji, my GURU ).

Computers off every 10 hrs,for 20 minutes atleast based on what computer you may have.
TVs every 7 hrs for 15 minutes atleast when on continuously.
And MOST of all, JUST be GOOD always,in your heart,mind and your ways and doings;
GOD will come to you and be with you always and will be your GUIDE for everything and
all GOOD will happen, sooner or later; sooner only for many.
And be in GODs Good company or the Right Good people as much as one can. Good thoughts,
Good Energies, Blessings, Good help from the RIGHT GOOD people will help one to go in the
RIGHT direction in life.
If things are still not happening,
keep at it as guidance given, do not give up, GODS LIGHT will break through, more and more,
for GOD is GOOD ONLY ALWAYS.
The ULTIMATUM for all beings is HEAVEN, to MERGE with GOD. GOD is GOOD ONLY ALWAYS.
